Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) [Movie Review]

Star Wars has been my favorite film franchise for as long as I can remember. I can't count the number of times I watched the movies as a child. I love the Original Trilogy as well as the Prequel Trilogy. Say what you will about any of them, I love them all. I won't be able to clearly articulate all of my love for this movie in one review, if I did I can guarantee you will be tired of reading without even reaching the half-way point, so I will keep it short. Like always.

It is unfortunate that I was not able to watch this film before I had seen a few others. For whatever reason, my viewing order for this series was Episode 5, then Episode 1, then Episode 6, followed by Episode 4. This was the order picked my mother and it still baffles me. With that being said, I know that this film was originally not meant to be a series. And that is one what makes this such an amazing film. George Lucas created a massive universe with limitless possibilities, without any expectations of expanding!

Everything was creative and brought to life by a cast that was perfect for the job. I can't get enough of these movies, and I doubt I ever will.
