Jiro Dreams of Sushi is a documentary about a great 'sushi master' in Japan - named Jiro! He runs a great a restaurant, and the documentary mentions all of the harsh training his entire crew had/has to go through. I won't say anything about this movie, except that you should see it (and that it's on Netflix Instant.
