Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has an entertaining opening, but fails to provide much information other than the fact that the KGB is full of crazy people, and that Indiana is still alive. This film is full of unrealistic scenes, and even more improbable sequences. But hey, it's Indiana Jones, one film had Nazi's being killed by God, another featured Mola Ram ripping out the hearts of people, and sacrificing them to revive a demon - so it's not exactly a realistic series of movies. The CGI isn't perfect in this film, for being made in 2008 it could have been better, but it's not fair to judge a movie by it's outer appearance, you must judge from what's on the inside. Although, what's inside is really nothing more than the same thing Indy always does.
All-in-all, this is a rather entertaining movie, bringing Indy back was a great idea. Earning $786 million it definitely paid off for the crew working on it. And with the success of this film, there is plans for a sequel. And I, for one, am excited for the sequel!
