Good news everyone! Peeples wasn't nearly as bad of a film as I had previously assumed! I mean, it's still pretty bad, but I was actually expecting worse.
The trailers for this film were just god-awful. Making it seem as if watching this movie would legitimately lower ones IQ. But it doesn't quite do that! The plot in this film may be boring and unrealistic, but the acting and comedy from Craig Robinson truly save this film from disaster. Truly the only good actor is Craig Robinson. The rest of the cast is simply going through the motions.
With the tired plot, a rushed ending, and pretty mediocre acting, I cannot recommend this film.
