After the mammoth success of the near-perfect comedy, we received an almost shot-for-shot remake of that film as a sequel. Many people were dissapointed, however the filmmakers wanted to attempt to redeem themselves.
And redeem they did. What you need to know before watching this movie is that this movie isn't one for seriousness. On several occasions, it even pokes fun at itself (and past incarnations). That is by far the most important thing to know about this movie. They aren't trying to make awards anymore, this one is all for fun (well, and money).
I'm gonna skip the plot summary again. Like I said, this film was great fun. Chow was a major part of this film, and it's always fun seeing him on screen. John Goodman joined for some small appearances, and was great, as he always is. The film featured great acting from the entire cast, some hilarious moments, and even some moments that might get P.E.T.A. a little angry. The Hangover Part III is not a rehash of The Hangover, but does reference it at times. A very fun film, worth a watch, but not a must-see.
