Bullet to the Head (2012) [Movie Review]

Since Arnold got his film, Sylvester got one too. Bullet to the Head is reminiscent of the '80s style movies, and is very much a predicable movie. Sylvester Stallone plays James Bonomo, a simple hitman. The film opens to Bonomo and his partner Louis Blanchard (Jon Seda) killing a corrupt cop. Then, while celebrating with a few drinks, Louis is killed by another hitman, making Bonomo go on a rampage to avenge his friend. Now, obviously he can't do this alone, so he accepts the help of Taylor Kwon (Sung Kang) a cop! The former partner of the cop that Bonomo had killed prior, too! The two have some fights along, like any couple does, but we eventually get the job done.

As stated earlier, this a very predictable film, enjoyable but predictable. The effects were not done very well, and the plot was meh, at best. Maybe rent the film if you want to watch it, but I wouldn't go much further than that.

Rating: 6/10

Discussion topic: Kwon states that he can use his phone as a very lethal weapon, and lists several examples as to why. Of the items you use everyday, and keep on you at all times, what would be the most deadly of them? Any examples as to why?
