Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) [Movie Review]

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hands down the worst porn ever created. It takes 8 minutes before you even see a breast, then 30 minutes before a sex scene - which isn't even shown! Actually, there isn't a sex scene at all. What the hell is wrong with the porn companies nowadays?

So... after extensive research I realized this is not a porno.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang stars Robert Downey Jr. as Harry along with another familiar face, Val Kilmer as Gay Perry and yes, he's gay. Harry is a thief, who by luck winds up in Hollywood instead of jail. Gay Perry is a friend of his agent, helping him get prepared for his next role. Thus putting Harry and Perry's (and Harry's childhood friend Harmony [Michelle Monoghan]) lives at risk to uncover a murder conspiracy.

The way this film is set up is very nice and interesting. Harry is narrating, but mentions several times how he's a bad narrator and going back to re-explain what happened. This made the film seem more realistic, in a way. As always, Robert Downey Jr. is amazing at his job, he acted his part perfectly. Kilmer and Monoghan were also very good and believable. Overall, a great film. Funny, interesting, suspenseful, and witty, this film comes with a high recommendation from me.
